Mussoorie Winterline Carnival 2015

Welcome to the 3nd Carnival, stay for the fun. Experience the Coolest Celebration on Earth! Ministry of Tourism & Culture & City Board Mussoorie organise – Mussoorie Winterline Carnival  will begin from December 25, 2015, with the magical performance of Gadh Ratna, Narendra Singh Negi. The closing ceremony of the carnival will be done with the performance of folk singer Preetam Bharatwan. The carnival will bring Bollywood singers such and Mohit Chauhan to perform for the lovely audience.
