Itineary

Day 1 : Rishikesh to Joshimath

Travel from Rishikesh or Haridwar to Chamoli or Gopeshwar, which are the nearest towns to the trek's starting point.
You can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Chamoli/Gopeshwar.

Day 2 : Joshimath to Kalpeshwar and drive to Sagar Village

Begin your trek from Helang to Kalpeshwar, which is approximately a 10-kilometer trek.
The trail is moderately steep, and you'll pass through beautiful forests and villages.
Upon reaching Kalpeshwar, visit the ancient Kalpeshwar temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.
visit the temple and drive to Sagar village.

Day 3 : Start trek to Panwar Bugyal from Sagar Village ( 20 Km Drive and 12 Km Trek 7/8 Hrs)

Continue your trek from Sagar Village to Panar.
The trek can take around 6-7 hours.
Panar is a small village, and you can camp here or stay in a local guesthouse.

Day 4 : Pangar Bugyal to Rudranath and back to Panwar Bugyal (14 Km Trek 9/10 Hrs)

Trek from Panar to Rudranath.
This part of the trek is quite challenging and can take around 6-7 hours.
Visit the Rudranath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, upon reaching Rudranath.
Camping is an option, or you can stay in a nearby guesthouse.

Day 5 : Panwar Bugyal to Sagar (12 Km Trek 6/7 Hrs.)

Trek back from Panwar to Sagar Village.
It's an opportunity to retrace your steps and enjoy the scenery once again.
Spend the night in Sagar Village.

Day 6 : Sagar to Rishikesh (250 Km Drive 8/9 Hrs)

After breakfast, start your journey back to Rishikesh .
It's about a 9-10 hour drive from Sagar to Rishikesh.
Arrive in Rishikesh, and you can explore the city or relax by the Ganges River in the evening.

Day 1:- Rishikesh to Joshimath

Day 2:- Joshimath to Kalpeshwar and drive to Sagar Village

Inclusions

Transport to and from the base camp

The above trek cost includes transport to and from base camp.

Safety equipment

First aid, medical kit, oxygen cylinders, stretchers, Walkie-Talkie etc. will be available at campsite.

Accommodation

Stay is included from Day 1 to Last Day. Tents/Homestays/lodges will be provided. Tripple sharing Accommodation and separate accommodation for girls/ladies will be provided

Meals

All meals from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast at Last day are included. Veg food will be provided during the trek.

Permits/ Forest fees

UTT will arrange trekking permits and forest passes.

Experienced Trek Leader & Team

Qualified trek leaders haing in basic / advanced mountaineering courses certificates/ degrees will assist trek.
Other staff member includes qualified cooks, helpers and porters.

Exclusions

Food during transit to and from the base camp

Food would not be provided during transit and trekkers have to bear the cost at their own.

Mule and Porter charges

Generally we expect trekkers to carry their bag-pack and luggage themselves. For those who wish to use Mule/Porter need to pay Rs 350 per day for same.

Personal Expense

Personal Expense of any kind. The trek cost does not include stay at any location on last day
