How do I rent equipment?

Simply browse our equipment catalog, add items to your cart, select your rental dates and pickup location, and proceed to checkout. We'll confirm your order and have everything ready for pickup on your selected date.

What is the rental period?

You can rent equipment for any duration you need. Select your delivery (pickup) date and return date during checkout. Pricing is calculated based on the number of days for per-day items, or a fixed rate for per-trek items.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Some items may require a security deposit, which will be clearly mentioned in the item details. The deposit is refundable upon return of the equipment in good condition.

Where can I pick up the equipment?

You can specify your preferred pickup location during checkout. We'll coordinate with you to arrange a convenient pickup point. Most equipment is available for pickup in major trekking hubs in Uttarakhand.

What if I damage the equipment?

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, significant damage or loss will be charged based on the repair or replacement cost. We'll assess the condition upon return and discuss any charges with you.

Can I cancel or modify my rental order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before the pickup date. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes. Cancellation policies may apply depending on how close you are to the pickup date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment is required at the time of checkout to confirm your rental order.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges allowed within 24 hours of pickup
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Size exchanges subject to availability
  • Price difference will be adjusted

Replacement Policy

  • Free replacement for manufacturing defects
  • Report issues within 48 hours of pickup
  • Replacement subject to stock availability
  • No replacement for user-caused damage

Damage Policy

  • Normal wear and tear is expected
  • Significant damage charged at repair cost
  • Lost items charged at replacement value
  • Security deposit may be retained for damages
