Cancellation Policy

Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking with Uttarakhand Trip Trek (UTT). By booking with us, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Cancellation by TRAVELERS

  • Cancellation >30 Days Before Start Date: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 30-20 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation 20-10 Days Before Start Date: 25% refund.
  • Cancellation <10 Days Before Start Date: No refund.

2. Cancellation by UTT

  • Unforeseen Events: In the event of an unforeseen event (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), UTT reserves the right to cancel the Tour.
  • Advance Notice: We will do our best to inform travelers in advance.
  • Refund Options:
    • Full refund.
    • Adjustment of the refund towards a future trek (subject to availability).

3. Refund Conditions

  • No Refund: If you agree to a change in date or Tour but fail to attend, no refund will be issued.
  • Future Tour Adjustments: Refunds may be adjusted towards a future tour in urgent or special cases (e.g., medical emergencies, family crises).
  • Refund Processing: Any approved refunds will be processed within 6 days.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Uttarakhand, India
