By Air: The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun. From the airport, hire a taxi for a picturesque drive to Auli, covering approximately 280 km.

By Train: The nearest railway station is Rishikesh, which connects to major cities in India. From Rishikesh, hire a taxi or take a bus to cover the approximately 260 km journey to Auli. Alternatively, Haridwar is another accessible railway hub.

By Road: Access Auli by road through well-connected routes from major cities like Delhi, Rishikesh, and Haridwar. Enjoy a scenic drive amidst the picturesque landscapes of Uttarakhand. Private taxis, shared cabs, and state-run buses are readily available.

Delhi to Auli (By Road): Begin your journey from Delhi to Auli by road, a scenic drive that takes approximately 10-12 hours. Opt for a private cab or board an overnight bus from Delhi to Rishikesh or Haridwar, which are major transit points. Upon reaching Rishikesh or Haridwar, hire a local taxi or take a shared cab to Auli. The road trip from these points offers stunning views of the Ganges and Alaknanda rivers, winding through picturesque landscapes as you ascend towards the Garhwal Himalayas.

Rishikesh to Auli (By Road): For travelers starting from Rishikesh, the road journey to Auli takes around 8-10 hours. Hire a local taxi or take a shared cab from Rishikesh to Joshimath, the base for Auli. The route passes through the scenic town of Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers converge to form the Ganges.
From Joshimath, continue the journey to Auli by road, which is about 16 km. Taxis or cable cars are available from Joshimath to Auli, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
