How To Reach Har Ki Pauri

- Transport: From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Haridwar, which takes about 1-1.5 hours.
By Train:
- Closest Station: Haridwar Railway Station is well connected to major cities in India.
- Travel from Station: From the station, you can take an auto-rickshaw, taxi, or even walk (it’s about 2 km to Har Ki Pauri).
By Road:
- Driving Route: Haridwar is well-connected by road. You can take NH 58 from Delhi or other major cities. It’s about a 5-6 hour drive from Delhi, depending on traffic.
Local Transport in Haridwar:
- Rickshaws and Taxis: Once in Haridwar, you can use auto-rickshaws or local taxis to get to Har Ki Pauri easily.
Best Time to Visit :
- October to March: For pleasant weather and to experience the Ganga Aarti.
