Yatra Overview

The helicopter tour usually begins from Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand, or a designated helipad nearby. However, it’s essential to check with the tour operator for the exact departure location. Badrinath: The first stop is Badrinath, one of the four Char Dham pilgrimage sites in India. Upon reaching Badrinath, you will have the opportunity to visit the revered Badrinath temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is known for its architectural beauty and religious significance. Kedarnath: After visiting Badrinath, the helicopter will take you to Kedarnath, another important pilgrimage site in Uttarakhand. Kedarnath is home to the famous Kedarnath temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is situated amidst breathtaking Himalayan scenery and requires a short trek from the helipad to reach.

Return Journey: Once you have visited both Badrinath and Kedarnath, you will board the helicopter again for the return journey to Dehradun or your designated location.

Day 1 : Dehradun — Dehradun ( , Trek: 58km/11-12hr ) 3,368m

  • 5:00 am: Arrive at the helipad in Dehradun or any other designated location. Complete the necessary check-in procedures.
  • 6:00 am: Board the helicopter and depart for Badrinath. Enjoy the scenic aerial views of the Himalayas during the flight.
  • 7:00 am: Land in Badrinath. Disembark from the helicopter and proceed towards the Badrinath temple.
  • 7:30 am: Visit the Badrinath temple and participate in the religious rituals. Take your time to explore the temple premises and soak in the spiritual atmosphere.
  • 9:30 am: Return to the helipad in Badrinath.
  • 10:00 am: Board the helicopter and depart for Kedarnath. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Himalayan landscapes en route.
  • 11:00 am: Land in Kedarnath. Disembark and proceed towards the Kedarnath temple. The trek from the helipad to the temple takes around 15-20 minutes.
  • 11:30 am: Visit the Kedarnath temple and pay homage to Lord Shiva. Take some time to explore the temple surroundings and enjoy the serene ambiance.
  • 1:30 pm: Return to the Kedarnath helipad.
  • 2:00 pm: Board the helicopter for the return journey to Dehradun or your designated location.
  • 3:00 pm: Arrive at the Dehradun helipad, concluding your Badrinath-Kedarnath same-day helicopter tour.
