Trek policies
Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the trek start date.
Accepted Modes: We accept UPI, bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. All payments are processed through secure gateways.
EMI Options: EMI payment options are available on select credit cards for packages above ₹10,000.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before departure: 90% refund of the total paid amount (excluding booking fees).
15–29 days before departure: 75% refund of the total paid amount (excluding booking fees).
7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total paid amount (excluding booking fees).
Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund will be provided.
Date changes: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and a 10% admin fee.
Refund Policy
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation request.
Payment Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
Partial Refunds: In case of early departure due to weather, health, or government restrictions, a pro-rata refund is calculated for unused services.
Force Majeure: If a trek is cancelled by us due to natural disasters, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or free rescheduling within 12 months is offered.
