Kalish darshan tour

Kalish darshan tour

The Kailash Darshan Tour By Air is a popular pilgrimage tour that allows devotees to visit the sacred Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar in Tibet. This tour offers the convenience of traveling by air, which reduces the travel time and physical exertion involved in reaching these holy sites.

Itinerary: The tour typically starts from a major city in India & Nepal, such as Delhi or Kathmandu, from where you will fly to Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet. After spending a couple of days in Lhasa for acclimatization and sightseeing, you will continue the journey to Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar.

Duration: The duration of the tour can vary, but it generally takes around 12-15 days to complete.

Highlights:

Lhasa: You will have the opportunity to explore the cultural and historical attractions of Lhasa, including the famous Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street.

Mount Kailash: Located in the remote western part of Tibet, Mount Kailash is considered sacred by Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and Bon followers. It is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva and a place of spiritual significance. You will have the chance to circumambulate the mountain, which is known as the Kailash Parikrama.

Lake Mansarovar: Situated near Mount Kailash, Lake Mansarovar is one of the highest freshwater lakes in the world. It is believed to be of immense religious importance and taking a holy dip or performing rituals at the lake is considered auspicious.

Travel arrangements: The tour includes flights from the starting city to Lhasa and back, as well as transportation by road from Lhasa to Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar. Accommodation, meals, and necessary permits are usually arranged by the tour operator.

Preparations and considerations: Since the tour involves traveling to high altitudes, it is important to be physically fit and prepared for the potential challenges of altitude sickness. It is advisable to consult with a doctor before embarking on the tour. Additionally, the tour requires obtaining the necessary permits and adhering to the guidelines set by the Chinese authorities for traveling to Tibet.

The Kailash Darshan Tour By Air provides a convenient and time-efficient way to experience the spiritual and natural beauty of Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar, while also allowing you to explore the cultural treasures of Lhasa.
