The 68th INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AND CULTURAL FAIR Gauchar Festival is a confluence of trade and tradition and is organized in the scenic valley of Gauchar, Chamoli district. Fundamentally an industrial fair, this festival is held every year since pre-independence days, and continues to be a great attraction for the local people, traders and merchants from all over the State.
