From Dehradun or Rishikesh: You can take a taxi or a bus to reach Uttarkashi via NH34.
From Delhi: There are buses and taxis available from Delhi to Uttarkashi, or you can drive to reach there.

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, approximately 170 kilometers away. From there, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Uttarkashi.

The nearest railway station is in Rishikesh, around 180 kilometers from Uttarkashi. From Rishikesh, you can take a taxi or a bus to reach.
